First, wash the cobras and take the stem and put it in boiled and cooled water with a little salt and let it stay in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
During this period, change the salt water every day.
Then take them out of the salt water and put them on the heat with water and when it boils, throw away the water and repeat this once more until the bitterness is removed.
Be careful not to boil too much because your pickle will be soft.
After boiling, put the kabar on a strainer and wait for an hour until the water drains.
Then put it in a pickle jar and pour vinegar on it. Add a little salt as you like.
Close it tightly and store it in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
After 20 days to one month, the pickle is ready.
